**With the use of a credit card, you can now sign-in to RecordEASE for occasional use. Credit Cards accepted are Discover, American Express, Visa and MasterCard.

Convenience Fee $3.00/login session
Search Fee $0.50 per search
View Recorded Documents $1.50 per document
View Certificates of Title (Torrens) $2.50 per certificate
View Tract Page $2.50 per tract
View Tract Card $2.50 per tract

Please understand that the system does not hold your credit card information and you will need to enter it each time you sign in to RecordEASE. Also, the system asks you to approve a hold on the credit card while you are using RecordEASE. This is only to reserve that amount from your credit card balance while you are using RecordEASE to insure that you have funds available on your credit card. Your credit card will only be charged the total amount actually used.


**With the use of a credit card you can now replenish your escrow account for your RecordEASE subscription. There will be a convenience fee of $3.00 for each deposit that you make to your escrow account.
